it was a legal website that boxingscene was advertising with their pop ups

That doesn't sound right, it's possibly a scam. I suggest you run a virus scan.

I've seen ads on Boxingscene that promote the PPV, or redirect you to Top Rank's site or something, but not some place that allows you to buy a PPV for $10.

i bought it myself lol
i was like it must be legal coz boxingscene is promoting the link
it was a really good stream too

hope its still there
the deal was one fight for 10$
then unlimited fights for 1 month was 16$
