    Yup, pretty much...

Fair play for Bute looking for a rematch against a guy that destroyed him, but I can't see the outcome changing whatsoever.

Another consideration. If Bute forces rematch now it looks likely that ibf will strip froch and so Bute gets beaten up without it even being for a title. Clearly had all the sense knocked out of him. His best strategy is to fight and beat someone in the top 10, maybe even pick up another version of the belt and make the fight worth watching later this year.

I do not like Butes chances but he is no chump, he is definitely hungry for revenge. Good ****.

I see bute losing twice as quickly...dude needs to realize he was never that good...he should thank God he didn't get the Ward fight first...then he'd have real delusions about being close to Froch's level...KO in 3...

Fair play for him for wanting the rematch after a beatdown like that but he's only going to get his boat punched in again.

You can never write a fighter with Bute's punching power off, but he would be well advised to let Froch and Kessler beat the crap out of each other before activating his rematch clause.

Props to Bute for wanting the rematch, but he wasn't looking too good in his last fight.

I think Froch stops him again, probably sooner too.

Bute claims that Froch's promoter, Eddie Hearn, is trying to discourage him from the rematch.

"I told my promoter, Jean Bedard, I want to fight against Froch. We have a solid rematch clause. Froch will come to Montreal, either in March or April. It is a matter of marketing. [Hearn] protects his champion and he sends me little arrows to distract and discourage me, but I know what I want," Bute said. [Click Here To Read More]
i still think this is idle talk from bute.
in reality he wants nothing to do with the improved froch.
he'll just get his ass handed to him by carl. probably quiker.

won't believe it till both get in the ring.

I agree that he was starting to hit his stride toward the end of the Grachev bout. For that reason it would be smart to take one more fight to iron out all the kinks, before going at it with Froch again.

If Andrade can catch up to him late, then I really don't see Froch not doing knocking him out again with 12 rounds. Maybe not as soon but he'll catch him.

Bute could get a decision but he's just far to open, hesitant and mentally weak to survive the 12.

He needs to realise if he's not ridden of his demons to a good degree in one fight, jumping into the ring with the guy whom gave you them is going to be worse still.
