Again, the point flew right over your head. If Floyd does not fight his mandatory, he can lose the belt to Guerrero. THAT is not his entire motivation. I am talking about the BUSINESS side and how it works! And WAY more people give Martinez a better odds than Guerrero at beating Floyd. Floyd is NOT obligated to Guerrero or did you forget Floyd is also a 154 pound ruler. On top of that Pac and Canelo bring in more money and did you forget Mayweather's nickname?

I think canelo is a very good fighter but what has he done to earn shot? So many hate on him for not taking chances and hiw he hasnt fought anyone and call him a hype job but since he is in line for floyd he is all of the sudden a monster whom floyd is avoiding now. Man the spin on these forums is dizzying.

If you weren't so damned new to Boxing you would know BOXING DOES NOT WORK BY WHO HAS EARNED WHAT!!! It is POLITICS AND MONEY!!!! Get back to reality!!! And here is a dose of reality - put a poll up and ask people who they would rather see Mayweather fight, Pac, Canelo, Martinez, and Guerrero and Guerrero would be number 4. That is what the public would want and Floyd would have different motivations for fighting one over the other.

No i got your logic business first. So yes i agreeMartinez is better odds but brings no money so business wise hes out. Canelo brings businessbut hasnt earned it so hes in. Ghost has earned it but no business so hes out. Pac has Arum sp im not even entertaining.

You cant use Berto's fake shoulder roll as an example. For guerrero to win he would have to pin Floyd and even then, once Floyd comes off the ropes, Guerrero is target practice. Floyd would have to finally have age catch up to him to lose to Guerrero.
