Three of the more respected boxing journalists saying their sources say it did 950k is better than some guy on an internet forum saying it did 700k without any proof. I wouldn't care except people keep repeating this same exact number as if it's been confirmed when really it seems like they pulled it from their ass.

Because there was a rumor from some "source" saying that's what the number was. No one really knows. Only thing we do know is that they didn't want to release the official number--and that can't be good.
