This past Friday night at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, IronBoy Promotions presented an exciting night of fights for the AZ fight fans.
In the main event of the evening, Mayweather Boxing Club's Alexis "Beaver" Santiago (12-3-1) took on local tough guy Jensen Ramirez (2-2-2) in what was a surprisingly close fight over 6 rounds. Even though, "Beaver" drew proverbial "First Blood" by dropping Ramirez in the 1st round. The crafty Ramirez would bounce back and bring a war to Santiago. These too basically went toe to toe for 6 hard rounds with Santiago emerging as the victor on the scorecards in a close decision. Tough Santiago was victorious many boxing fans in AZ are clamoring for a rematch between the two!
