I don't think it will be an eye pleasing fight, but very competitive. Trout is very busy, fast and accurate. It's really a pick em. If I was forced to pick, maybe I'd pick Floyd by close decision, he would have to fight out of his skin though.

Mayweather never trailed in that fight. After the first 6 rounds Trout was trailing by 2 rounds. Cottos best weapon against Floyd was his jab. Cotto was loading up on left hooks to the body and head on Trout. What fight did you watch?

Don't think Trout's a good enough inside fighter to beat Mayweather but it could be interesting. He's strong and very sharp, and crucially would have a reach advantage. Wouldn't be top of my list of opponents for Floyd but it wouldn't be a joke.

Featherweight?? You guys are ridiculous. Floyd's fought two guys who moved up in weight. Marquez and Hatton who was in a higher weight class than Floyd at one point. The dude has been moving up in weight his whole career. You must have been watching boxing only for 3 or 4 years to not know that.

trout is a worthy oponent after last night but i really dont want to see floyd at 154 again, hes clearly not half the fighter he usually is when carrying that much weight.
