No, it would have been a massacre, Cotto can't compete at 160 and neither can most top JMW if any. Chavez Jr is not as bad as some trolls claim he is; at 160 pounds he's ability to show up on fight night at +180 coupled with a granite chin, strong left hook and relentless body attack make him a tough opponent for anyone at the weight let alone a small 154 pounder. I would predict an outcome similar to Cotto v. Margarito I, with Cotto fighting on the back foot but getting caught on the ropes on several occasions.
