Pacquiao wont go near 154, wont face Canelo, Trout, Martinez(154 Catchweight) at that weight, and cant /wont make 140 yet again, he practically forced Marquez to the Welterweight class(*****g on muscle and all) because he just wont fight at marquez at his prefered weight..

so for the maining of his carreer(3 years at best) he will be stuck at 147 limit, so why would the 8 division world champ(including LMW) wont move a division up or division down any longer?
