If Uchiyama moved up to lightweight

Could he pose a threat to Broner?
I would definitely put him in the top 5 at lightweight if he were to move up, thoughts?
Also, how do you guys feel the lightweight division is looking?
    No trolls, please.

I don't think it'd matter in the end seeing as neither are willing to travel

Uchiyama has looked pretty good against decent too good comp in Salgado and Solis but Broner is very good i think Uchiyama would struggle but whether the fight would happen is a different story until Nishioka alot off Japanese fighters dont travel so its hard fight just too make.135 for me is decent alotta young guys Vazquez,Gesta,Broner,Demarco,Burns are under 30 but its not anywhere near a great division
