The thing is you can try to sue anyone for anything in this country. It doesn't mean you'll succeed. Freddie made ONE joking comment. That's it. This isn't the same case as Floyd, his family and Golden Boy that went on a whole public campaign of convincing people that Pacquiao was taking PEDs.
