I don't want to seem harsh, but I have no confidence in Bob Shannon as a trainer. People feel he's an Old-School trainer and all that, but from what I've seen of him all they do is High intensity circuit training, and bad circuit training at that! Whenever you see him hit the pads, its just body suit head down and hammer away, and thats it! Carbon copy of Hatton's old trainer Billy Graham
