it seems like rios is trying to clean up his act, as soon as he got his PR person, elie stopped showing rios. I think rios was advised not to be on elies videos anymore so he can get a better rep since elie posts a bunch of crap sometimes. but I do think there is aliitle more to it...

A bunch of HATERS in this thread.
Ellie is the man, dude is the only dude who's been providing us insider videos for years, he filmed so many excellent shots of Boxers/Trainers in relaxed state's when they aint infront of a camera like HBO or some reporters.
Its a thankless job but he goes all around the states, dedication. Oh and dude is loved by laker fans, he was only one to get that lakers access.
War Ellie. keep making the videos.
Atleast he actually does actual work, Dan rafael sits in his attic on his PC, dude never travels or sees or talks to anyone, just his email box.

Elie was Covering and annoying the *** out of the Lakers about 3 years ago
I do watch his videos and I respect his efforts because they guy be EVERYWHERE covering boxing but I do think people at the Gyms get tired of him after awhile asking the same questions OVER AND OVER
I don't think they are getting tired of him, they seem to genuinely like him. Secondly, it's free exposure. Third, after a while, they are pretty immune to his camera and his personality.
I think Chris Robinson is more knowledgeable and has the more professional videos. But that is the very reason he may get less notoriety. Elie's videos aren't so serious and seemingly 'fun'. And in response, a lot of his interviewers tend to respond in that way, responding casually and genuinely and sometimes seriously. It all depends. But it doesn't feel like business as usual like an ESPN, CNN, or Chris Robinson video. Elie's videos would have you thinking you can literally be friends with them yourself.
There is a classic video he has of Brandon Rios imitating different fighters (Sergio Martinez, Floyd Mayweather, Amir Khan, Manny Pacquaio, etc). Dan Rafael, Chris Robinson, etc, would never capture that in my opinion. Just because of the different in reporting style (professional reporting vs. casual reporting).

And it looks like Brandon has finally realized that Elie is indeed a dumbass.
