Honestly, if Pac has the routine down pat, the best part of having a S&C guy around would be for motivation and to be overlooking his overall condition level. He should be the guy around to gauge just how well his training is going in regards to his stamina and condition level. This is an issue where it's not just good to be the one inside, but having someone looking in from the outside and having their perspective of where they think you are stamina/condition wise. Pac might think he's good enough but Ariza would say no, your not ready until I say your ready. On the other hand, Pac might be just that good where he can tell if he's ready or not but it's always good to have an extra set of eyes on you when your getting ready for a big fight..

Pac's not using Ariza's exercises cause they've been causing Pac cramps in the last couple fights, but Ariza is still controlling Pac's diet I guess...

Seems like roach and ariza have some beef going on. Everytime roach gets a chance he seems to always diss ariza. I wonder if there's some jealousy between these 2? Like for example when manny looks in great shape everyone praise Alex for it and I'm wondering is that getting to roach?
