Former world champion Marcos "El Chino" Maidana of Argentina is all set to return next Wednesday, on the 12th of December, at the mythical Luna Park Stadium in Buenos Aires. Maidana will take a stay-busy fight against Mexican boxer Angel "Archangel" Martinez. "El Chino" (32-3, 29 KOs) will face Martinez (13-3-1, 9 KOs) for the intercontinental welterweight title of the World Association Boxing (WBA), which is vacant. In 2013, Maidana wants WBA champion Paul Malignaggi (32-4, 7 KOs) and WBC interim-champion Robert Guerrero (31-1-1-2, 18 KOs).

I got nothing against this stay busy fight since it's in Argentina. I've always felt kinda bad for foreign fighters that once they get big it only makes sense to fight in America. I think it's nice he'll be fighting at home. I bet it'd be a fun fight to be at.
