pacquiao can gain plenty, he still doesnt have a convincing win over marquez and he is by no means a better fighter. he needs to beat marquez fair and square, something he never did.

most importantly if a fighter feels there is an injustice in boxing he should speak up about it. otherwise ppl keep getting away with it, wether or not an injustice took place is up for debate but if marquez feels he was robbed like plenty of fans do myself included he should say so.

this crap about discrediting the judges and the comissions integrity being a bad thing is nonsense, you ppl really gonna pretend there isnt corruption in boxing? that just helps them get away with it. if the comissions and judges were questioned and called on their bull**** more often the sport would benefit.

    Brilliant post.

    Green K given.

        This.

Pac/Marquez III was just about 50/50 when non-biased fans, and boxing sources/writers scored the fight. Literally, it was right down the middle.

        Pac/Bradley was 95% Pac.

People need to learn to discriminate between a close decision that could have gone either way, and a blatant, flat-out robbery. Contrary to popular belief, the former is quite common, while the latter is infrequent - maybe once,or twice a year.

Marquez, like Hopkins and Glen Johnson, is good at PR'ing close losses into robberies, making enough statements that create doubt and raise his profile in defeat. It's smart though, it helps him keep his stock high through close losses.
