Raging Bull feels closest to what it must be like to be boxer with a crazy amount of anger and determination and the film blends in where all that drive comes from.

Watching it must feel like looking in to the mirror to some boxers, add in De Niro's acting and its something you can watch anytime again and again, watch part way through even and its still gripping. Probably not for everyone, since in its accuracy its also extremely negative about its lead character and not too kind to the sport either.
