            I've seen it before, it's quite common. What I haven't seen is a trainer having to let go of it because his hand hurts too much, it's normally very thick. That's how hard this mofo hits.

              That was something. I don't think we have that pad in are gym I'll have to ask the coach. But I haven't seen it.

                      i agree im not totally buying it yet bc it is just pad work but man you very rarely here that kind of snap and thud when fighters do the pads he has very special power
