GBP tried cashing out on Maidana?

I was watching the fight replay of Thurman and couldn't help thinking that GBP tried cashing their chips when they matched Chino against Thurman. I think they tried doubling up. After Maidana's loss to Devon, GBP might have thought why not feed him to Thurman while he still has a name and rep? Giving credibility and name value to Thurman. By the way I'm a Maidana fan, and he seems much improved since joining RG, but if he does not drop out of the original HBO date he gets TKO'd. Your thoughts?

Of course they did. I respect him as a fighter, but Maidana is at the end of his career.

        I'm 90% sure it was at 147lbs.

Oh, cause I was gonna say if it was aimed for 154 then yeah they were cashing out. Maidana does not belong at 154 at all.
