I don't know about that Alibata. When pac got defensive about fans (even pinoys) thinking he lost to Marquez on 3rd fight, and then next fight officially losing to Bradley - the first time since he became a huge star he gets an 'L.' I'm pretty sure those are huuuge wake up call for him.

As someone who has worked closely with and treated people on PED's, it's easy to KNOW that Pac is absolutely not on anything. He doesn't display any of the symptoms of it.

As to his head: look at his early career fight pics, folks. He's always had a big melon. It's when the proportions get thrown off around the brow, jawline/jowels, and neck. There also would be a bloated or swollen look to him upon hydrating, his joints would be shot, he'd have major stamina issues and probably heart problems at this stage of his career.
