How would Rate Tommy Hearnses footwork?

They say taller boxers have it easier with footwork since they can use there reach/lead hand to keep the opponents at bay.

So it got me wondering...How good is Tommy Hearns footwork? Did his punching power come from natural talent or did he use his footwork to sit on his punches for maximum leverage?

Hearns had great footwork and he learned to put his weight into his punches. He had very fast hands. When the fist travels fast and the fighter turns his weight into the blow you have power. Hearns always had the hand speed but he worked on his punching technique. He learned to throw his right as staight as an arrow and put as much weight into it as possible using his legs, waist, and shoulders.
