Morales & Marquez both fought Pacquiao & Barrera multiple times in each's prime. But JMM has ducked his former gym partner, and countryman Legend, Morales his entire career. Is it because Morales got the best of you behind closed doors in the gym???? Arum offered JMM, Morales this past July in Texas Stadium which would have been a HUGE gate/purse, but JMM declined. As in the famous words of great Mills Lane, "Let's Get It On!!!"

He declined a morales fight back around 2005 or 2006 too. For a career high payday. Instead he went off and fought chris john for 50k and got jobbed. Great decision.

He shouldn't fight a hard opponent, and fighting Barrera will just tarnish their Trilogy which I consider the best of all time.

JMM would seriously hurt him at this stage of his career.
Maybe he should fight David Diaz or a very light puncher
