        maybe he will whop Rios as in shape. Or maybe he a moe planted by team Pacquaio to sabatoge Rios so RIos wont kill their cash cow when they meet.

          yes, i think he's very good at helping a fighter get into condition. it works especially well with a busy trainer like roach. if your name isn't pacquaio there's a chance that roach won't be able to train you full time.


          if he's clean, he's a very good conditioning coach. pacquiao's power and speed and conditioning as he climbed weight are evidence of that. that's obviously mostly manny's talent, but ariza did a great job in helping him put on lbs and keep his speed
