What do guys like augustus,mayorga,hamed do on there freetime?
I ask because guys that possess either technique or conditioning either become:
1.Boxing coaches
2.Strength and conditioning coach
But guys like hamed,mayorga dont really have a proper boxing techniques to teach other fighters and aside from natural talent they dont really have a physical attribute through strength and conditioning and not being around it.
It got me curios since these two are known as guys who dont train and they dont really have a correct forms do on there free time???
