This guy is such a try hard.. His thirst for fame and note rusty and to be down has driven him to new heights of corniness. This dude is a straight up clown who's trying to be something he's not idc what amount of skills he has.
He's been waiting to used Puffy's line since he saw the "Biggie" movie. He definitely looked lame as hell. It doesnt bother me much. He's doing his job by never turning down the chance for the spotlight.
