Thrilla in Manilla was one of the best fights in history and although Ali and Frazier were not as old as Jones/Hopkins, they were past their prime and put on one of the best shows ever. Fights between fighters past their prime can be very fun to watch because they have to dig down deeper in order to keep going.

good point, BUT Ali and Frazier had good fights before that. Jones and Hopkins have each had one good fight.
