Pretty much, I think he is talking about Pac but like you pointed it's the nature of the sport from Marciano beating Joe Louis to camacho beating Ray Leonard to Oscar himself beating Chavez to Pac destroying Oscar himself.

as hbo pointed out, camacho really only fought one fighter with both being prime, a couple when he was past it. I certainly remember when Oscar fought Camacho. Camacho came down from 160 for a ww fight and certainly like a past it and drained fighter.
