he's one dimensional, overrated , uses steroids(with a perfect test record.) Etc..

But look at the fights he's had, and the way he fought them. His best wins are won entirely with his heart and belief in something greater than himself.

If 20 years ago, you found Pacquiao, who was probably living in a slum, stealing and hustling just to eat and said this guy was going to be where he is now, you would have been laughed at. But Pacquiao never stopped believing.
