Very true. Floyd never needed Pac. He's scared even with peds in his system. His fear of Pac is embarrassing. Everyone fought Pac 'cept Floyd. Makes me puke.

zab judah, zahir raheem, guzman did they fight Manny?
Pac says he resigned with Bob because Bob had promised him the FLoyd fight, which a week later, Bob is talking about Rios VS Pac bwhahahah......Manny clearly signed with Bob to have Bob protect Manny from Floyd
It's over for Floyd. I don't think he will ever fight knowing that he will be scrutinized for his dependence on peds. His next opponent needs to make sure he will be informed of the positive results and demand that he'll get compensated with half of Floyd's earnings if he decides to go on with the fight.
Things are getting complicated for the part-time boxer.
Floyd has other reasons for asking Pacquiao to undergo random blood and urine testing beyond him telling everyone he thinks Manny is juicing
1. Floyd is a top level athlete and most likely knows how easy it is to juice up in boxing as long as you keep yourself in shape all year round with mild to moderate training (something both Mayweather and Pacquiao participate in). According to Conte, it's incredibly easy to beat USADA/VADA testing in the 1-2 month testing window that Floyd, and whoever his current opponent is, uses. You can simply juice in the months where you aren't being tested and reap the rewards in training camp
2. Team Mayweather has the media/fans completely fooled on his true motives for demanding these tests. It's to discredit Pacquiao as a lesser talent due to his incredible popularity in a sport where Floyd has never had to compete for popularity. It's also a power play to keep Pacquiao in a psychological state of being controlled by Mayweathers demands.
If Floyd truly thought Manny was juicing he would ask for year round blood and urine testing
