Marquez never had to lose weight in the 3rd fight. remember that he was going up in weight. he's fought at welterweight twice, 1st time he was overmatched by a bigger opponent who chose to come in where he was comfortable and have marquez for lunch. 2nd time vs pac, he realized he can compete here as well. Manny is the one who is either coming down in weight or trying to maintain it.
