Any basic show on HBO or Showtime does more ratings.
Only the premier shows do that. Everything else on Showtime is much lower. A show like Dexter is one of their most watched and it averages about 1 million give or take.

Other sports that have appeared on HBO and Showtime haven't come close to boxing's ratings. Tennis and basketball have both appeared and averaged ratings in the sub 400k range. Likewise MMA's record this year on Showtime is literally half of boxing's record.

Some ratings I can remember off the top of my head, though I'm likely a bit off on some of them.

Chavez vs Rubio - 1.9 million HBO
Chavez vs Lee - 1.6 million HBO (Iole said 2 million)
Canelo vs Lopez - 1 million Showtime (broke records)
Broner vs Escobedo - 1.6 million Showtime
Rios vs Morales - 700k Showtime
Dawson vs Ward 2 - 1.4 million HBO
Hopkins vs Dawson - 1.6 million HBO
Khan vs Peterson - 1.5 million HBO
Ward vs Froch - 550k Showtime

NBCS Fight Night has averaged between 250-300k ... relatively low compared to the above but that actually makes lower tier boxing the second most watched sport on the network after ice hockey.
