No, his personal issues kept him from fighting the fights and the fighters that would have given him that status. IMO of course, he lost when he stepped up and never came back

Lol hell fecking no. The man stepped up a little bit in competition and gave an embarrassing performance and quit after. He never had the heart to be a true champion.

He is no ATG he was good for the sport until he ran into MAB.

He was a very good fighter but I don't think of him as an all time great. I think who is or is not an all time great is more a matter of opinion than hard undeniable fact. He won lots of good fights and only lost once so a case could be made for him being great. In my opinion he is not an all time great.
