    It's sickening.
All those fights were to be promoted by gbp. Very su****ious. Floyd set the standard on cheating.

If floyd didn't show up to any of the court hearings against Pac's defamation case, what makes u think hes gonna show up for his?

Floyd is probably sick of court but if he doesn't do something than he'll be guilty in the publics eyes but if he does go to court and he loses than he becomes nothing more than the biggest ducker and dodger/hypocrite in the history of boxing

Naw. By acknowledging this guy with a lawsuit Floyd legitimizes him. Tell him to put up or shut up. No proof? Then he isnt worth listening to. But this damn country is far too sue happy. I didnt like it when Manny sued, and I wouldnt be for Floyd doing it.

It wouldn't do much since they reported it as only a rumor. Plus they did expose how Morales' positive drug tests never came to light despite him failing way before the fight.

thats an impressive resume ... the guy is scum outside the ring, he cares about nothing other than money ... people who really believe that he gives a crap about cleaning up the sport need to open their eyes.

I'm weary weary of anything involving Golden Boy Promotions and Al Haymon now.

Pacquiao is a public figure and it would have been very tough for him to win a defamation suit over Floyd, because he would have had to prove that Floyd and his co-defendants acted with actual malice.

But Floyd and his lawyers had 2 1/2 years to develop their defense, and dig up any evidence that Pac was on PEDs, and they didn't find anything. If they had, you know damn well they would have made it public by now.

Meanwhile, Floyd refused to sit for a deposition, and when Pac's lawyers subpoenaed Floyd's testing records, he settled the case instead of releasing the records. It's amazing that Floyd settled a case that he had almost no chance of losing, to a guy who he hates above all others except for maybe Arum.

Floyd got crushed by Manny in that defamation case. If he sues Hauser, his testing records are back in play, and there's no way he's going to turn them over.

At least he should come out deny any allegation.

That's not gonna work... Hauser will just get his lawyers to subpoena the dirty test results and then Floyd will be screwed...
