Funny how much heat Devon has taken in this thread. This is a guy who beat Marcos Maidana (easily) and beat Lucas Matthyse (albeit in a close fight that could've gone either way), two of the most praised fighters on NSB. Give the guy some credit - he's a talented fighter, though he isn't the most exciting to watch. He can fight and holds some nice wins and has looked great in the past (his KO win over Urango was excellent and he needs to get back to that style).

Personally, though, I think this is Brook's fight

He's right, there is nothing special about Brook.

There's also nothing special about Devon.

Devon is correct about that, but the same also holds true for him

Suppose, Devon Alexander would know "nothing special" seeing how he looks at it everyday in the mirror.

Not really, it was a close fight. Several boxing writers had Devon winning. Just because someone loses a close fight, doesn't make it a robbery.

I will say this was a much closer fight than the Kotelnik fight, a fight I thought Devon won comfortably.

Devin has not looked good himself and he's not special at any one thing either!! That being said Devin does have a solid chin and a has fought top competition so why all the hate. Another poster made an exellent point though, ya'll love Maidana but Devin killed him rather easily and only lost to Bradley, Kell wants to make a big name for himself so this SHOULD be great!!
