He's listed in critical condition and his prognosis is pretty bad. If he's able to pull through he"ll probably not walk again or have serious issues to be able to walk again. One of the bullets took a weird path towards his brain.

Was hector living a life where this shooting was bound to happen? Or was Hector just an innocent victim of a random drive by assassination attempt on the road by bad luck? something smells fishy here.
