Vitali hasn't got the power that Wlad has, he hasn't got the hand speed to catch Haye that Wlad has (Haye avoided a lot of punches) and he hasn't got the foot speed to get out of the way of the bombs that Wlad has.

Haye mid round stoppage IMO.
