I had always been against this untill Milan started accusing Brian of ducking him. When Brian kicks Milan's ass and sends him plummeting from the future top filipino prospects list, Milan will only have himself to blame.
Brian should give Milan this opportunity. Milan has been #1 in WBO for 2 years now. But Brian runs thru him. Brian should then collect all straps at 112 then givev Marquez a rematch coz aint nothing at 115. He should retire as the first Filipino Undisputed Champ.
