Former champion Lucian Bute will remain on course for a 2013 rematch with IBF super middleweight champion Carl Froch. Both boxers took interim fights in the las few weeks. Bute won a tough decision over Denis Grachev, and last Saturday in Nottingham Froch knocked out Yusaf Mack in three rounds. This past May, Froch stopped Bute in five rounds but the rematch will head to the challenger's turf of Montreal.

duh!!!...not a secret the Cobra has flaws....his iron will and granite chin makes up for his weaknesses though...and Mack is a ***in' bum....a world class fighter like Froch did EXACTLY what he was supposed to do to that caliber of opponent....Bute and his boys better NOT try to entertain a rematch with Froch....no matter the venue, Froch DESTROYS Bute imo

Bute won't take the rematch. He'll hang back and see if Froch either loses or gets stripped.

Oh yeah it was catch-weight wasnt it, so basically he also struggles to get down to 168....weight drained is basically an excuse, if you cant make the weight dont fight, If you can make the weight and struggle and be weight drained then thats your problem.

What Bute is saying is irrelvant to anything, what im saying is Froch's flaws dont casue him any problems with Bute whereas Bute's flaws do.

He didnt look good at all against Grachev gets hit far too easy and that was at a preferred weight, Bute has been found out, thats about it!

I get it - so what Team Bute is saying is he was PULVERIZED by a guy with flaws. Talk about opening your mouth and shoving the foot in deep.
