There are plenty of court cases where both parties settle their differences and just walk away, where neither receives any compensation. Keep in mind there is more at stake here too. Pacquaio knows all too well that forcing Floyd to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars would only jeopardize the dream fight he wants between them from happening. Floyd had already told Pacquaio's advisor quite some time ago that if they want the fight, one of the first things that has to happen is they'd need to drop the lawsuit.

And you're not looking at both sides of the coin. Both Pacquaio and Floyd Mayweather had to pay money separately to their own lawyers. It's certainly possible though that Floyd could have had to pay Pacquaio for his lawyer fees, but to me it's pretty unlikely. You think Roger Mayweather would make a fresh new batch of steroid accusations recently if Floyd really had to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to Pacquaio over that same thing?

no, there are not. that would be incredibly rare.

additionally, these two are very clearly not going to fight eachother, and it has nothing to do with drug testing.

Dude doesnt have deadly power, his speed is great, his chin is ok, his defense is his key to success, you dont need peds for that

Mayweather and USADA then are trying to quash a motion from pacquiao's lawyers to have mayweather's USADA test records released.

On September 25, 2012, a stipulation of settlement ending the defamation case was filed with the court. The parties agreed that the terms of settlement would be kept confidential. Prior to the agreement being signed, two sources with detailed knowledge of the proceedings told this writer that Mayweather’s initial monetary settlement offer was “substantially more” than Pacquiao’s attorneys had expected it would be and an agreement in principle was reached soon afterward.

Wrong. USADA had been chasing Lance previously, but was unable to nab him. Because again, Lance Armstrong continually 'beat' the tests and all sorts of things. The rumor was always out there for many years, but the evidence was hard to come by.

Keep in mind USADA is also the organization that brought down BALCO. You do remember BALCO, right? So yeah, go ahead and be silly and try to discredit USADA once more, in favor of new organizations with very little reputation like VADA.

He knows nothing, because nothing really happened. Nothing was discovered on both sides. And in the end, both sides just wasted money over it. The only winners were the lawyers who each made good money separately from Pacquaio and Floyd.

How do you know this? Because it wasn't disclosed to us if someone got paid or not? Come on dude, you're just taking whatever they gave you and ran with it. Unless you can prove me wrong.
