Comments Thread For: Danny Green Admits Walking Away Will Be Tough

Adrenaline is an addiction no sportsman wants to kick.

For many, ending the search for the buzz is one of life's hardest calls.

Performing at your peak at the highest level creates a rush that leaves you craving more.

Success drives hunger for that sensation; fuels the motivation to seek out those euphoric emotions few get to experience.

"It's more addictive than any drug," Western Australian boxer Danny Green told Sunday News of his triumphs in the ring.

How is Danny Green a 3 weight world champion?

It just cheapens the sport. he won a legit WBA belt at Light heavyweight, lost to Beyer twice at Super Middle and won an interim belt (which doesn't count!!!) and the IBO belt at Cruiser (which also doesn't count!!)

He's not, but half of the clowns who write these stories don't differentiate between a unified champion and the interim Perth South Seas-Pan Asian LeftHanders Association title. They are all the same, whether you beat Manny PAC or Sergio Martinez or your one-armed brother with an 0-12 record. These stories are obviously not edited for facts, so no sense expecting them to be accurate

What a waste of space thread!! All these 'long-for-nothin' paper champion sob stories dressed up in 'chikk flikk' format, overcrowded with tedious metaphors n unnecessary adjectives in order to over-exaggerate these superficially 'unrated resumes' of fabricated warriors. The highlight of his career was KO'in' RJ Jr.... that's not even 'remotely' incredible as the fact that dudes glove ain't even touch Jones!! Retire already fool, who cares... nobody who truly follows the sport of boxing should even rate this chump!!
