i don't think mares is legit at all. even though he has wins against top ter guys many of them are questionable..........

mares is the type of fighter who will lose to a b class fighter...........for me he's nothing special. (not even a bit) setting him up with donaire is the worse thing that you could do.

in my opinion he's not..............he's a highly ranked guy in his division no question. but do i see him as the next mexican king? absolutely not.

There's regularly 18-20 mexican word boxing champs on the monthly average every year so I don't know what the OP is talking about.

i could see him losing to a B class fighter.........watching some of his previous fights mares sometimes will fight down to his competition.
