How would you know whether or not if he was underrated? Not only that but sometimes sparring is relevant. Banks proved it tonight when he KO'd Mitchell. Banks was a sparring partner of the Klitschko Bros. Or what about Larry Holmes? He was the sparring partner of Ali and Frazier and he became the dominant champion of the world for a good number of years.

Who would win is debatable, but Valero was much more entertaining in his utter domination of Demarco... Both dominated Demarco, Valero was just more fan friendly (which is impressive considering he didn't get hit all that much)
