Broner did extremely well last night against a good, solid fighter. I was impressed but his defense isn't as good as I thought it was. He got clocked with quite a few left hands.

Broner is still a work in progress and all this talk of moving up to 140, fighting Pac at 147, future at 154 is ridiculous. He should stay at 135 for at least 3 more fights and develop himself against the likes of Vazquez and co. Burns v Broner is THE fight to be made right now.

this was a very good showing from broner who had antonio off his game in the 3rd and 4th rd. demarco choosing to fight inside and negate his height was just the wrong decision. broner has exceptional hand speed and accuracy which was the difference in the fight. broner getting demarco to fight his fight was the most impressive fact that i saw. Dont really have any interest in seeing adrian beat burns so just kinda hopin he goes right up another weight.

But he also showed that he is easy enough to hit even for a guy who punches like he is under water.

What part of this fight made you think he's easy to hit? The way his style differs from Floyd Mayweather is he relies on his power and size to dominate a fight. That's why he can just stand in the pocket. He has excellent defense and power to back it. If you want to try and trade with him you'll come out on the short end most of the times. Because he uses the shoulder roll well and slips a lot of punches. You can't just come throwing wild **** thinking he's easy to hit. Because his power can make you pay and you aint gonna land most of that wild **** anyway.

But his problem will be against someone who can hit him hard to the body. He doesn't move unless someone throws something wild to his head. But he leaves his body open. Then again, the guy is quick so it might be irrelevant. Don't know too many boxers that want to give up a nice shot to the head to land a good shot to the body. If so, God bless em.
