Only Now Pac Agrees To Blood Testing. Why not in 2009?

He and his team were adamant at Pac not being able to blood test years ago, back in 2009 when Mayweather and Pacquiao were at the height of popularity.

Everything was agreed upon, except Pac being willing to do blood testing. Pac even got to put his own clauses in.

Now it appears he's changed his tune and is willing, when he wasn't in the past.

Was he hiding something? Did he not want the fight? What gives on that?

I honestly think something was up. There was a million and one reasons surfacing from Pac's team.
I can't see Floyd just randomly starting blood testing for Pac unless he had a genuine su****ion or heard a rumor.

Was or is? Has Pacquiao undergone OST because I'm still waiting, even through their su****ion of Mosley or speculations of Memo they've yet to do it. Fact of the matter is he's never agreed and most likely never will.
