Not all Mexico is like that. Most likely the border towns. You can get away with stuff anywhere in the world if you have money especially the USA. Look at Lawrence Taylor and the underage hooker. He is royally screwed..Canelo is too big a star for this to just go away..They may botch the case to make it go away but straight up just drop charges..not happening.
