Like the other poster said, Povetkin's promoter put in a $23m bid that the Klitschkos didn't come close to matching. Funny thing is, Povetkin just split from the promoter. Now the money is not the promoter's, still it's wide open to another cancellation. However that would mean defaulting on that bid. Dunno what the penalty is, say 10%? Povetkin has never sniffed that much, even 5% probably.
