Wow Nathanielsz managed to write an article without mentioning "future hall of famer,8-division champion, Philipine's national treasure, #1 P4P athlete in the world,Greatest of all time, period" Manny Pacquiao.
Sulaiman's 100% correct. partial round, depends on the organization, & WBC is 1 that scores partial rounds...round is even only if NO action has occured in that partial round, it's up to the judges, everything else scored as normal...James Jen-Ken needs his license revoked , the guy's 2 old & that's why he was forced 2 stop reff'n...he is inconsisitent, the worst trait a judge can have next 2 poor concentration..Caiz Jr is riding the old mans coattails, he's an average ref..pooer sart 4 Andy Foster..new Ca commish
I'd much rather have Nevada or California pick the ref and the judges than the promoters or the corrupt WBC. The state commissions have no incentive to make anything but a fair contest. Could you imagine if Suleiman could pick the ref and judges for a Canelo or JCC jr. fight? My god, Martinez would have lost his fight with JCC Jr. 120-107 all three times if Suleiman was in charge.
He was pissed at that, I do admit that LV is as notorious as anywhere in the world, out side of texas if your last name is Chavez
Right when I saw Caiz jr. was the ref. I knew there was going to be problems. His dad is just as horrible with bias toward mexicans in judging. Fortunately the right person did win and the judges did not affect the rightful winner.

so Filipino refs are bias towards Filipinos? Anglos with Anglos,? Blacks with Blacks?
