Who should Gennady Golovkin fight on Jan 19?

I think Kirkland is in a pretty big contract mess, along with firing his trainer/manager/etc. I don't expect to see Kirkland any time soon as he may have messed up his career really bad.
I doubt Angulo would want to fight him so soon from a long layoff and K9/don king probably wouldn't want him either.Comment

I'd love to see Golovkin fight any of those three, especially Kirkland.
Kirkland has had several fights at middleweight. He'd be perfect.Comment

Damn, GGG's options are dwindling. How about Pirog? That would be a good fight.
Ain't no way golden boy lets Kirkland or Angulo anywhere near GGGComment

Mantequilla is already fighting in January. Rubio/Pirog are on Quillin's menu. The only WBA ranked opponent on your list is Sanchez. I wouldn't mind seeing Golovkin/Guerrero though. This fight is in New York City

The best opponent available for Golovkin right now is Quillin. Try to make that happen first. If it falls through, try to make a fight with Sturm. If that doesn't work, then Pirog. If all else fails, fight Sanchez.Comment

Macklin would be the best option IMO.
Strong fighter, wouldn't be scared to trade and could more than handle himself physically.
Kirkland is a KO waiting to happen, one good shot from GGG would flatten him.Comment
