hahaha I admit that was a funny comment but at least Wlad beat an up and coming, ever dangerous fighter in Peter even if he isn't the best technically. Rahman was giftwrapped the title, so no respect to him and Byrd has fought nobodies. I can't believe I'm saying this...Ruiz has fought and "beaten" the best level of competition..Oh god.

I've seen this fight many yimes and I'm convined that this punch was not hard at all and that Liston did not want to get up. He had been hit with a right hand that appeared to be harder earlier in that round and this phantom punch was a shot that landed but it wasn't crunching and Liston decided that he didn't wanna deal with Ali who he considered crazy.

SONNY LISTON HIMSELF LATER ADMITTED THAT HE WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH ALI AND WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIE DOWN.

Ruiz hasn't won a fight convincingly since beating Rahman. He was humiliated by Jones, lost to Golota, was made to look foolish by Toney, and lost to Valuev (in a close and sloppy fight).

Wlad didn't look the LEAST BIT impressive in falling all over the ring yet AGAIN in that fight with Peter. He has several bad stoppage losses, and was this close to having it happen again.

I'm not trying to say Toney's undisputed and leagues above these guys, but he's certianly one of the best of a bad bunch.

You tried the "lets be civil" trick before when you sent me that message asking me not to tell anyone you had returned as "Infamous" after "In this Corner" was banned.

Notice I put "beaten" in quotations. Obviously he hasn't had any dominating performances, but he did get the win in the W column because of disqualifications, milking "low blows", etc. Wlad in the fight looked to me to have only 1 legit knockdown and also shows that his UD of Peter doesn't mean much because a relative unknown in Hawkins took Peter the distance. I really hope this mess gets sorted out soon.
