Wach only threw 18 more punches than Haye...

    That's only 1.5 per round.

Haye threw 42 more power shots though, most of wach shots were jabs

    Interesting stat isn't it

That's why Wlad looked so great against him. He was fighting a human punching bag.

But the more interesting stat is out of those few punches they both managed to hurt him. I like W. Klit but that is interesting

Seems about right, the only thing Wach really did that Haye didn't was take a beating.

I find it funny that Wach gets a heap of respect for having no defence, especially as hes a 6'7" 250lb behemoth, and little david haye gets shat upon for using head movement.

both were lacklustre, but the double standard is hillarious

It is hard to let your hands go with you are getting hit by the hardest puncher in the world.

While I do see your point, people feel Haye is a much better fighter than Wach (and he is) so people should expect more from Haye. Nothing was expected of Wach so that he was able to survive that beating impresses some people, lots of boxing fans have soft spots for tough guys who get beat up but essentially do all they can to win.

Wach was certainly a no hoper and isn't a very good fighter, people wanted to see Haye do more to try and win because he actually has talent on the flip side people hate guys who they don't fight up to their talents even if their expectations are really out of this world.

Obviously the expectations were different. One thing you can say for sure is, Wach did his best. With Haye, maybe he did his best if his mission was to go the distance taking minimal punishment
