This does not mean that they removed it. Probably just a bad batch. I doubt Wach gets his gloves custom fitted.

Thats not an excuse, they submit the gloves they are going to use for the fight and have examined and tested them out prior to submitting them. Even if he did not remove material himself, if he noticed a "manufacturing defect" of missing padding which benefits himself at the risk of harming his opponent and didnt go get another glove he is still a corrupt *******.

And I dont buy that he didnt notice it, its only the biggest fight of his life, you think he didnt look the gloves over good, that is like the guys challenging tiger woods at the majors saying ah **** it just give me any old clubs today I dont need to inspect them.
